Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution in the United States. You will lead discovery, articulate SailPoint’s value against competitors, and coordinate a virtual team of partners, presales, and services to win deals.

You will own the sales cycle from qualification through closing, building a plan for top accounts, and driving customer success with a focus on growth and partner collaboration.

Qualifications

• Skilled in qualifying opportunities from discovery calls and understanding customer needs.
• Proficient at presenting SailPoint solutions and competitive positioning.
• Experience leading virtual teams of partners, presales, and services.
• Strong ability to own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Address customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Develop territory-based business plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute partner-driven plans.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint’s advantages.
