Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 2 years in Identity Management or Security industries.
• Quota-driven sales experience.
• Proven negotiation and executive persuasion skills.
• Ability to present to C-level executives.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand SailPoint's US Commercial AE territory.
• Lead all aspects of the sales process from qualification to negotiation.
• Build and forecast a pipeline 3x annual budget with forecast accuracy 95–110%.
• Close deals and generate revenue while articulating business value and ROI to executives.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and internal teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales
