Job summary

SailPoint seeks an Account Executive to sell Identity Security solutions to State, Local and Higher Education organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, lead a virtual team, and develop territory plans to drive revenue growth.

Effectively position SailPoint against competitors, collaborate with partners and marketing, and maintain Salesforce hygiene to ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales.
• Travel: approximately 50 percent yearly.
• Experience selling Identity Security or enterprise software to State, Local or Higher Education.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Lead virtual teams of partners, presales, deal desk and customer success to drive wins.
• Develop territory and account plans with prioritised top accounts for growth.
• Forecast accurately in Salesforce and maintain hygiene in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel teams on plans to close opportunities.
