Job summary

SailPoint seeks an Account Executive to sell Identity Security Solutions to State, Local and Higher Education organizations. The role requires leading a virtual team, crafting opportunity plans, and presenting SailPoint's advantages against competitors.

You will operate within a collaborative team environment, driving revenue growth and customer success. Ideal candidates communicate effectively in discovery calls, build strong customer relationships, and develop territory plans with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue quotas and manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience leading cross-functional sales teams and coordinating partners.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Lead a virtual team of partner resources, presales, partner manager, deal desk, and customer success.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Coordinate with marketing and channel teams to drive pipeline and opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
