Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) seeks a Program Supervisor to manage daily operations of an IDD community home and supervise direct support staff while upholding self-determination principles. The role reports to the Program Manager and supports residents in a home-like community setting.

The position is part of our Adult IDD Community Home Services, with full-time hours and orientation/training provided. On-site orientation at Mountville and travel may be required to support programs in

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in IDD/mental health programs.
Valid driver1s license and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings/meetings/transport individuals.

Responsibilities

Direct supervisor of direct support staff; assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation and training.
Participates in the company1s on-call system (Community Homes and Community-Based Program Supervisors only).
Ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
Coordinates and develops schedules, activities and routines; promotes community integration.
Transports and coordinates transportation for individuals to appointments and activities.
Maintains records for inventory and funds; manages petty cash.
Adheres to program budget for food, household and operating supplies; follows professional ethics.
Performs job responsibilities of direct care staff.
