Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage daily operations of one or more Adult IDD Community Home Services. You will supervise direct support staff, assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals.

The role includes coordinating schedules, activities, and transportation, and actively promoting community participation for individuals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct support staff and assists in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience in IDD/mental illness programs
