Job summary

Community Services Group in Bethlehem and Allentown is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of an IDD community home. You will delegate tasks, supervise direct support staff, and support self-determination principles under policy and regulations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, transport coordination, budgeting, and maintaining funds and records while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness/IDDD.
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of direct support staff; participate in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
Participate in the on-call system.
Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
Coordinate schedules, activities and routines; promote community integration.
Coordinate transportation for individuals to meetings, appointments, or activities.
Communicate with families and professionals as needed.
Maintain records for inventory and finances; manage petty cash and funds for individuals.
Adhere to program budget for supplies; follow professional ethics; perform duties of direct care staff.
