Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of one or more community homes and related services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise direct support staff, hire and train, and participate in on-call coverage while upholding self-determination principles.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in programs for MH/IDD/ASD.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Flexible hours to cover evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor of direct support staff; hiring, orientation, and training.
• Participate in on-call system and ensure health and welfare of individuals.
• Develop schedules and promote community integration activities.
• Coordinate transportation and manage records for funds and inventory.
• Adhere to program budget and ethical standards.
