Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage daily operations of an IDD community home, supervising direct support staff and promoting self-determination.

Positions are in Allentown and Bethlehem. Base wage is $22.00/hr with awake overnight/weekend differentials; two weeks of paid orientation and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor of direct support staff; assists in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participates in on-call system for Community Homes and Community-Based Program Supervisors.
• Ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinates schedules, activities and routines; promote community integration.
• Transports or coordinates transport for individuals to appointments and activities.
• Oversees records for inventory and funds; manages program budgets for supplies.
