Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a community home for adults with IDD. The role involves supervising direct support staff, coordinating schedules, and supporting residents in community integration.

We offer paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a base rate of $22.00/hr plus shift differentials for awake overnight, weekend hours, and certain locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the direct supervisor of the direct support staff and assists in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Coordinates and ensures the development of schedules, activities and routines and promotes community integration.
• Oversees and maintains records, manages funds and adheres to the program budget.
• Ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
