Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) seeks a Full-Time Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of one or more adult IDD community homes. You will delegate tasks, support staff, and uphold self-determination principles in line with CSG policies and regulations.

You will foster open communication, provide resources and training, and offer regular feedback to empower the team while promoting work-life balance and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with persons with IDD.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor of direct support staff; assist in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participate in on-call system for Community Homes and Supervisors.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinate shifts, activities and routines; promote community integration.
• Transport individuals as needed; coordinate transportation for meetings and activities.
• Maintain records for inventory and funds; manage petty cash.
• Adhere to program budget for supplies and food.
