Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Full-Time Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a community home for adults with IDD. You will lead direct care staff, delegate tasks, and support self-determination principles in line with CSG policies.

You will foster open communication, provide resources and training, and promote work-life balance. The role includes coordinating shifts, transportation, and collaboration with families and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in programs for persons with IDD.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise direct support staff and assist in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participate in the company’s on-call system for Community Homes and Supervisors.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinate shifts, activities and routines and promote community integration.
• Transport individuals in personal or company vehicles for meetings and activities.
• Communicate with families and professionals as needed.
• Oversee inventory records for company property and individuals’ possessions.
• Manage funds, petty cash, and maintain adequate funds for individuals.
• Adhere to program budget for food, supplies and operations.
• Uphold professional ethics and perform direct care duties as needed.
