Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Program Manager for IDD Community Homes in a full-time role. You will oversee supervision of program staff, ensure safety and health of individuals, and drive quality through training, documentation, and coordination with families and providers.

The role emphasizes leadership, open communication, and balancing resources with person-centered support to help residents thrive within the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with supervisory experience with IDD populations.
• Bachelor's degree with IDD supervisory experience.
• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours with IDD experience and supervisory experience.
• High school diploma with extensive IDD experience and supervisory background.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Supervisors and evaluates staff performance according to policies.
• Collaborates with hiring in interviewing, orienting, and training supervisors and direct support staff.
• Directs and ensures effectiveness of daily program operations.
• Ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Provides training related to Incident Management and Medication Administration Training.
• Supports supervisors in managing home coverages and participates in on-call system.
• Promotes inclusion and community integration for individuals served.
• Leads regular staff meetings and ensures up-to-date documentation.
