Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN to join the Resource Team ICU Float, spanning ICU at Banner Baywood Medical Center and CVICU at Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa, AZ. The role supports float coverage across Med/Surg, PCU, and Obs units based on staffing needs.

The position offers Full-time Day shifts (3x12 hours, 07:00–19:30) with an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential; Float Pool RNs receive an additional $3/hour float incentive where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license; BLS required.
• Preferred: ICU experience and float pool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care.
• Implement and coordinate the plan of care with the health care team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed; document outcomes.
• Communicate patient status and changes with physicians and family.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuity of care across units.
