Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Float Pool RN at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across units, supporting multiple units within the hospital.

You will join Clinical Care Operations and participate in ongoing skill development, with a PT Night Shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and weekend rotations, plus night and weekend differentials. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license (Arizona or compact).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with the team.
• Implement and delegate nursing care per physician orders.
• Document care in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
• Mentor and support other staff when appropriate.
