Job summary

Banner Health's Float Pool RN at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ, provides nursing care across units including Progressive Care, Med/Surg and Outpatient Observation. This role is part of Clinical Care Operations and offers growth through quarterly goal planning with management.

The schedule is 3x12-hour days (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) with weekend/holiday rotations. Competitive pay with $3/hr weekend differential and an additional $3/hr float incentive, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in practice state; BLS required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care across assigned units.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Document care plans and patient responses accurately and timely.
