Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the PCU/Telemetry resource team on a full-time day shift. You will assess, plan, and provide nursing care across cardiovascular and neurological progressive care areas, with opportunities for the Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program.

The role requires an active AZ RN license, BLS certification, and acute care experience. Sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered; weekend/holiday coverage and self-scheduling are available;

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (Arizona).
• BLS certification required for clinical practice.
• Acute care nursing experience preferred for PCU/Telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the health care team.
• Discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Document care and patient responses in the medical record.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and safety efforts.
