Banner Health is seeking an ICU RN for Banner Staffing Services in Mesa, AZ. You will self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month with no weekend commitment, with opportunities for Day and Night shifts and to pick up shifts at other Banner Health locations.

Registry/Per Diem positions offer scheduling flexibility and the chance to start a career with Banner Health; internal applicants may apply to regular opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
• Post-offer health screening and background checks are required.

• Assess patient needs and plan care per policy.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities.
• Document care and patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet goals.
