Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Resource Team on the ICU float, covering multiple ICU units including Trauma, Cardiovascular, Neurological, and Medical-Surgical ICUs.

The role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and at least one year of acute care experience; BSN preferred. Night shifts are 7:00 pm–7:30 am, with shift differentials and opportunities for self-scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan of care within policy and nursing standards.
• Formulate and implement care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate and supervise care delivery to patients and families.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
• Document nursing process accurately in patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement and education activities.
