Job summary

Banner Health's University Medical Center Phoenix seeks a Resource Team Float RN to provide nursing care across PCU, Med/Surg and Observation units. This part-time night position runs 7:00PM–7:30AM with 2x12-hour shifts weekly, plus holiday/weekend coverage and a 18% night differential; a $3.00/hour weekend differential applies where relevant.

The role includes access to the Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program and a 1-year sign-on commitment, with Magnet recognition and strong growth

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan appropriate nursing care.
• Implement the plan, coordinate with the health care team and document care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
