Job summary

Banner Health seeks an ICU Float Nurse on the Resource Team at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix. You will rotate across Trauma Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Neurological ICU and Medical-Surgical ICU, delivering direct patient care on a 3 x 12-hour night schedule.

This role offers an 18% night shift differential, a $3/hour weekend differential, and a $3/hour float incentive. New grads may apply; experienced nurses develop through the Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program and

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care ICU setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient nursing care.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of healthcare team as assigned.
• Communicate with patients, families and care team to ensure quality care.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Participate in professional development and clinical ladder programs.
