Job summary

Red Bear Tech seeks an ICT Site Manager to lead a dynamic site team on ICT/Data Centre construction projects in the United States. You will partner with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within scope, mentoring staff and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure performance and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience in supervising ICT or Data Centre construction.
• Familiarity with safety programs and RAMS development.
• Understanding of submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage budgets and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor site team; interface with client onsite teams.
• Support Project Manager with planning, progress reporting, and RAMS development.
• Coordinate with logistics, HSE, and subcontractors to keep work on schedule.
• Attend client/contractor meetings (Whiteboard, Look Ahead, DAB).
• Monitor progress, perform quality checks, and manage on-site safety programs.
• Prepare and review monthly progress reports and KPI tracking.
