Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager (Data Centers) to lead field operations on hyperscale projects. You will oversee activities from mobilization to turnover, manage on-site teams, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet schedule, safety, and quality goals.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and the ability to read project drawings and contract documents. Occasional travel across the U.S. is expected as projects are located nationwide.

Formación

• Lead day-to-day field operations for complex, mission-critical data center construction projects.
• Owns schedule from mobilization through turnover and commissioning.
• Ensures safety, quality, schedule, planning and subcontractor coordination.
• Reads and interprets drawings and contract documents.
• Travel to project sites across the United States; willingness to travel.
• Collaborates with PM team to ensure buyout and procurement aligns with schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction activities from site mobilization through turnover.
• Lead on-site management team and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain project schedule with a two-three week lookahead.
• Provide real-time data to PM/Scheduler for schedule updates.
• Conduct site and weekly meetings to coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Prepare monthly project reports on safety, schedule, budget and client relations.
• Set up and close out construction site.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Enforce Gray safety program and standards.
• Ensure buyout and procurement align with project schedule.
