Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead data centre projects onsite, coordinating client, consultant and contractor teams to deliver snagging and scheduling effectively. You will identify issues early, drive process improvements, and lead critical meetings, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, clear communication, and adherence to project procedures, with interviews conducted in person

Qualifications

Experience managing data centre projects.
PM certification or actively pursuing one.
Degree in project management or construction discipline.
Detail oriented and quality focused.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong ability to build relationships with team and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite as a visible project leader; ensure safe work practices.
Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor on snagging and schedule.
Identify issues proactively and drive resolution with the team.
Implement and monitor project processes; collaborate with client for improvements.
Lead and participate in key meetings; communicate impacts to partners.
Ensure adherence to project procedures and required standards.
