Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a Project Manager, Critical Facilities Construction to own technically demanding data center and critical infrastructure projects. This role blends national remote work with active site involvement across multiple US markets.

You will lead planning through turnover, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, and mentor junior staff while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of construction management experience delivering projects.
• Experience with data center or critical facility design and construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned critical facility construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Develop budgets, milestone schedules, proposal content, and procurement plans.
• Lead procurement activities for major scopes, including bid strategy, subcontractor qualification, evaluation, and awards.
• Monitor field progress, safety, quality, and contract compliance.
• Drive project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty follow-through.
• Coach developing construction professionals through day-to-day guidance and hands-on project exposure.
