Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre projects in the United States, Washington. You will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, design teams and contractors, and ensure delivery within time, cost and quality constraints.

You will apply strong stakeholder management, budgeting, scheduling and risk management skills to achieve project KPIs while upholding safety standards and best practices in data centre construction.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience in managing medium-sized data centre projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Budgets oversight and cost control experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Proven competency in construction methodologies and sequencing for data centre environments.
• Proficient knowledge of data centre sector and related regulations.
• Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to deliver outcomes within time, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate with client, design teams and contractors to ensure delivery.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of project teams and objectives.
• Procure and manage design and consultant resources to meet scope, fees and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and risk registers.
• Monitor budgets and programme milestones, flag risks and mitigations.
• Ensure quality systems and governance are in place across the portfolio.
• Lead meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
