Job summary

Energy Project Solutions LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field construction for data center projects. You will oversee TI, adaptive reuse, and mission-critical builds, coordinating with Owners, GCs, architects, and vendors to achieve safety, quality, and schedule goals.

You’ll manage documentation, QA/QC, commissioning support, and closeout activities while traveling to project sites across the United States as required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience managing TI, renovation, or interior fit-out projects is strongly preferred.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, fire protection, and building codes; turn-key project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Coordinate TI and adaptive reuse projects and manage site safety, quality, and schedule.
• Review contractor plans, schedules, logistics, and manpower; drive pull planning.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports.
• Coordinate commissioning, system readiness, and turnover with owners and vendors.
• Support the Project Manager on scope, budget, risk, and milestones.
