Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II for ICQA in Atlanta to oversee cycle counts, inventories, audits, and corrective actions. You will lead ICQA teams, ensure SOPs and KPI adherence, and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume distribution environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office, with flexibility for overtime and non-standard hours as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, reconciliations, projects) for the site.
• Ensure SOPs and KPI tracking are consistently applied and corrective actions are implemented.
• Review data to identify trends and performance drift; plan workloads accordingly.
• Lead ICQA Leads and Associates to develop skills and promote accountability.
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation to address errors.
