Job summary

Stord is seeking an ICQA Area Manager II to oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and GAP evaluations in a high-volume facility. You will coach and develop ICQA leads and associates, ensuring SOPs and KPI tracking are followed.

Flexibility for overtime and weekends is required. Strong communication and leadership are essential as you drive continuous improvement and accuracy across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience working with WMS in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects) for the assigned site.
• Ensure consistent application of SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes.
• Review data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement; conduct weekly reviews with ICQA Manager.
