Job summary

Stord is seeking an ICQA Area Manager II to oversee inventory control activities across a high-volume facility. You will supervise ICQA staff, drive accuracy, and lead continuous-improvement projects to reduce shrink and improve processes.

You’ll align with SOPs, monitor KPI trends, and partner with operations leadership to ensure timely, accurate data and strong team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, inventories, audits) for the site.
• Review data to identify trends and risk, inform workload planning.
• Lead weekly reviews with ICQA Ops Manager for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and CAPA processes.
• Directly manage ICQA Leads and Associates and foster accountability.
