Job summary

Stord is seeking an ICQA Area Manager II to oversee cycle counts, inventories, audits, and CAPA within a high-volume distribution environment in Reno, NV. You will coach ICQA Leads and Associates, ensure SOPs and KPIs are followed, and work across teams to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–4 years with WMS/inventory systems, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Ensure SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes are applied consistently.
• Review daily/weekly data to identify trends, high-risk areas, and performance drift.
• Conduct weekly reviews with ICQA Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Directly manage and develop ICQA Leads and Associates.
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation to address errors and control gaps.
