Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II for ICQA to oversee cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy in a high-volume distribution center. You will lead ICQA Leads and Associates, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and ensure SOPs and KPI tracking are applied consistently.

You will need 2–4 years of WMS/inventory experience, prior leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience with material handling equipment (e.g forklifts).
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Ensure consistent application of SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes.
• Review daily/weekly data to identify trends and performance drift.
• Conduct weekly reviews with ICQA Ops Manager to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
• Support CAPA, audit responses, and inventory escalations.
• Directly manage ICQA Leads and Associates and develop their team.
