Job summary

Stord, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks an ICQA Area Manager II to oversee cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy across a high-volume facility. You will lead ICQA Leads and Associates, ensure SOP compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. Experience with WMS/inventory systems and LEAN practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience with WMS/inventory in high-volume facilities.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; data-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Review data weekly to identify trends and performance drift; plan workload.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and CAPA processes.
• Directly manage ICQA Leads and Associates; foster accuracy and accountability.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
