Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks an ICQA Area Manager II in Reno, NV to oversee cycle counts, audits, and inventory control. You will lead ICQA leads and associates, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires 2–4 years of WMS/inventory experience, prior leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Basic clerical and data entry skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Able to operate with accuracy under stress and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects) for the site.
• Review data daily/weekly to identify trends, high-risk areas, and performance drift; plan workload.
• Lead weekly reviews with ICQA Operations Manager to drive improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements; support CAPA and audits.
• Directly manage ICQA Leads and Associates; foster accuracy and accountability.
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation to close gaps.
