Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II to oversee ICQA operations and supervise ICQA associates. You will coach and develop leads, ensure accuracy in cycle counts, and uphold SOPs across the site.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive performance and continuous improvement. You will partner with the ICQA Operations Manager to monitor metrics, implement CAPA actions, and support inventory governance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Track KPIs, apply SOPs, and manage corrective actions.
• Review data trends and plan workload with management to drive improvements.
