Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II for ICQA to supervise inventory accuracy and quality routines at our Las Vegas facility. You will lead ICQA leads and associates, conduct cycle counts and investigations, and ensure adherence to SOPs while driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of WMS/inventory experience, proven leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Ensure consistent SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes.
