The City of Plymouth, MN is seeking staff for the Plymouth Ice Center to provide friendly customer service, greet guests, and explain facility policies. You will assist with cleaning public spaces, operate the concession and ticket areas, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for visitors.

Primary duties include taking food orders, handling money accurately, stocking supplies, and assisting with event operations while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to sanitary guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Greet and educate guests on facility policies.
• Assist in cleaning public spaces.
• Take food orders and prepare food following sanitary guidelines.
• Handle cash and give correct change using POS.
• Complete necessary reports and duties.
• Balance cash till.
• Clean equipment and surrounding area.
• Rent out ice skates for open skate sessions.
• Take tickets during large events.
• Work assigned hours or find substitute.
