Job summary

Plymouth Ice Center is seeking a friendly part-time associate to deliver excellent guest service and assist with concessions. You will welcome visitors, educate them on policies, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe space.

Responsibilities include taking orders, stocking supplies, renting ice skates, and assisting with events. Evening and weekend availability is required to support open skate sessions and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.
• Experience handling money and giving correct change.
• Friendly, detail oriented and trustworthy.
• Strong communication with the public.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests on facility policies and assist with inquiries.
• Assist in cleaning of public spaces to maintain a safe environment.
• Take food orders and prepare items in the concession stand per sanitary guidelines.
• Receive money and make correct change using the POS system; balance till.
• Complete reports and duties; handle ticketing during large events.
• Rent out ice skates for open skate sessions and help with event staffing.
