Plymouth Community Center in Plymouth, MN is seeking a part-time Guest Services team member to provide a welcoming environment and excellent customer service for facility users. You will greet guests, process tickets, registrations, and handle inquiries in person or over the phone.

Responsibilities include answering questions about amenities, schedules, events, and fees; assisting with rentals, events, and programs; executing cash handling and administrative tasks; and keeping the guest services

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work independently is required.
• Availability to work nights and weekends is required.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming environment.
• Process point-of-sale tickets and program registrations.
• Answer questions about facility amenities, schedules, and events.
• Assist with rentals, events, and programs as needed by supervisory staff.
• Support administrative tasks including word processing, filing, and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized guest services desk and handle cash accurately.
