Responsibilities

• Customer Service – greet and educate guests on the facility policies
• Assist in cleaning of public spaces
• Concession Stand – takes food order from customer and prepares food by following sanitary guidelines
• Receives money and makes correct change for customer using point of sale system
• Completes necessary reports and duties
• Balances cash till
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area including cleaning equipment and surrounding area
• Rents out ice skates for open skate sessions
• Take tickets during large events
• Work assigned hours or find appropriate substitute
