You will partner with Talent Acquisition, manage ramp-up for large projects, drive safety and compliance, and foster an inclusive culture while coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center ops or IT infra.
• 4+ years direct people management.
• Proven ability to hire and develop technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a high-performing team through trust, inclusion, accountability, safety, and learning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire data center technicians in a competitive market.
• Lead onboarding through practical training, mentoring, and early-career support.
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and career planning.
• Own workforce planning aligning staffing, skills, shifts, and coverage.
• Manage ramp-up/down for large projects with adaptable staffing.
• Drive ops excellence across installation, maintenance, and inventory.
• Champion safety, quality, and compliance in data center ops.
• Lead incident response with clear communication and root-cause analysis.
• Build partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams.
