Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center operations or similar technical environment.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, motivate, and retain talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a high-performing technical team through trust, inclusion, accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire data center technicians.
• Lead onboarding experience through practical training, mentoring, and early-career support.
• Develop talent and future leaders through coaching, career planning, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Own workforce planning aligning staffing, skills, shifts, and coverage with customer needs.
• Manage ramp-up/ramp-down for large projects adapting to changing requirements.
• Drive operational excellence across installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle, inventory, and documentation.
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all activities.
• Lead incident response and escalations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build strong customer and cross-functional partnerships for reliable data center operations.
