Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a seasoned MS Delivery Manager in New Albany, Ohio to build and lead a high-performing data center team. You will drive onboarding, coaching, and workforce planning while aligning staffing with customer needs and project demands.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, manage ramp-up/ramp-down for large projects, and uphold safety, quality, and operational excellence across data center operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center operations or similar IT infra.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Ability to hire, coach, and retain technical talent.
• Strong workforce planning, shift management, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a high-performing technical team.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire technicians.
• Lead onboarding and early-career support.
