Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Delivery Manager in New Albany, Ohio to build and lead a high-performing data center operations team. You will manage onboarding, coaching, and career growth while aligning staffing with project needs and customer requirements.

You will drive safety, quality, and operational excellence, oversee incident response, and foster strong partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
• 4+ years in people management leading technical teams.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain talent.
• Strong workforce planning and shift management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing technical team with trust, inclusion, accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire technicians in a competitive market.
• Own onboarding with practical training, mentoring, and early-career support.
• Develop talent and future leaders through coaching, career planning, and recognition.
• Own workforce planning by aligning staffing, shifts, and coverage with business needs.
• Manage ramp-up and ramp-down for large projects, adapting to changes in delivery requirements.
• Drive operational excellence across installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all activities.
• Lead incident response and escalations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build strong customer and cross-functional partnerships for reliable data center operations.
