Job summary

Jacobs seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center construction in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site role requires overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, safety, and commissioning across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects, strong communication skills, and OSHA certification. Travel to project sites is expected as needed under a hybrid working policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing all phases of project delivery including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, contract administration and project controls.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all phases.
• Coordinate stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors and client representatives.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, track actions, and report status.
