Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing all phases of construction delivery.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
• Experience with contractor performance, change orders, and cost reviews.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, and clients.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, track actions, and report status.
• Analyze performance and develop reports on schedule, cost, safety, and risk.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Lead change management, including evaluation and approval of changes and claims.
• Review invoices, applications, and cost forecasts for contractors.
• Monitor activities for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Manage project controls: scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, earned value.
• Coordinate commissioning and turnover of systems to clients.
• Support utility coordination and infrastructure implementation.
• Lead resolution of complex construction and logistical challenges.
• Promote safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Use Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.
