Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center delivery in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site role requires coordinating owners, design teams, contractors, and utilities to ensure safe, on-time turnover of critical facilities.

The ideal candidate will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and commissioning, while maintaining quality and safety. Travel may be required, and a strong PM and engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 4 years in a PM/APM role on projects valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, track actions, report status.
