Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; ABET-accredited program. PE licensure required.
• 20+ years of professional electrical engineering; 15+ years in data center or mission-critical design.
• Proficiency with ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or EasyPower for power-system studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead upfront power systems planning for hyperscale clients; define MV/LV distribution and redundancy strategies.
• Drive full power chain from MV switchgear to UPS, generator paralleling, transfer switching, PDUs, and busway.
• Provide technical governance; review calculations, drawings, and submittals for quality and code compliance.
• Mentor electrical engineers; develop reusable calculation packages and reference designs.
