Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering.
- Must hold a PE license recognized by the licensing board for the location.
- Experience with geotechnical software and large dam projects.
- Experience planning and documenting subsurface explorations.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Drive project workflows and planning for geotechnical work.
- Lead geotechnical investigations and laboratory programs.
- Prepare geotechnical analyses, design calculations and reports.
- Review dam safety instrumentation data and FE modeling.
- Prepare drawings and construction specifications for projects.
- Participate in dam safety inspections and client marketing efforts.
