The role focuses on payroll accuracy, data quality, EIB processing, audits, and reporting, with exposure to the internal Workday team and change management. The position reports to the Senior Director of People for the U.S. and offers a growth path within a world-class consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday HCM experience in an HRIS/ops role.
• Hands-on Workday and ADP payroll support.
• Experience running EIB loads for hires, promotions, and salary changes.
• Data audits and quality controls and acting on the errors found.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll accuracy and U.S. data quality, producing and validating Workday reports.
• Run recurring internal audits, document, share, and correct errors found.
• Own all EIB actions, including bulk hire pools, promotions, and salary changes.
• Document Workday workflows from request through approval, testing in sandbox.
• Provide Tier 1 Workday support and escalate when needed.
• Write SOPs and job aids, explain how Workday is structured.
• Develop requirements and test workflow in sandbox before go-live.
• Log defects and represent U.S. People Team in prioritization.
• Pull standard and custom Workday reports as priorities shift.
